Henry
Henry's past is a mystery. He arrived at the shelter after being found with a head injury, possibly from an axe. A potential adopter from Germany initially expressed interest but later changed her mind. Henry came into our care. Initially, he disliked being touched on his head, but has gradually become more comfortable with it over time.
Henry is an older, somewhat grumpy dog with low energy levels. His greatest joy is mealtime, which has led to him being overweight. He enjoys being petted by familiar people and relaxing outdoors during pleasant weather on gentle walks. He sleeps a lot, fears rain and thunder, and appreciates a comfortable dog bed. He tolerates other dogs, showing no interest in playing or interacting with them. His compatibility with cats is unknown.

Medical history |
As a young dog, Henry suffered a head injury, resulting in a palpable skull deformity. Now older, he experiences spinal issues, causing him difficulty walking and standing. He is currently receiving ongoing treatment to manage these conditions. |
