About
Story
Nuka was adopted as a puppy by a retired couple. Coming from a litter whose puppies were threatened with being killed, she was thus lucky to be saved and to grow up within a family. Today, despite all the love and good will of her adopters, they are unfortunately no longer able to provide her with the physical activity, mental stimulation, and environment that a young, energetic female dog needs. She currently lives with limited access to the entrance of the house and the garden. In her best interest, a new family is sought so she can fully thrive.
Behavior
Nuka is a young, joyful, affectionate, and energetic female dog. Always ready for activity, she loves to play, explore her environment, and share moments with her humans. Very versatile, she learns quickly and enjoys interactions with her family. Particularly close to humans, she is very cuddly and willingly seeks contact. She loves to jump on her humans' laps. She gets along well with men and women and enjoys the company of respectful children who can understand her enthusiasm and energy. She loves other dogs and becomes very frustrated on a leash outside when she cannot play with them, barking and wagging her tail. It must be understood that she has not had the chance to interact with other dogs during her development, and she suffers from it. She knows walks and walks on a leash, although she still tends to pull due to her enthusiasm and lack of outings. In the car, she may cry for a few minutes at the start of the trip before relaxing quickly. Nuka already knows the commands 'sit' and 'lie down.' Intelligent, greedy, and willing, she has excellent learning potential with a family ready to continue her training positively and consistently. A big fan of activities, she loves to play and particularly enjoys water. In the garden, she is quite discreet and rarely barks, or only for a few moments when something catches her attention. Nuka has much to learn about house rules and indoor living because she was quickly put outside in the garden during her early puppy mischiefs. She is a young, energetic female dog who will thrive with an active, present family willing to offer her walks, play, activities, and a balanced environment. In return, she will offer immense affection, good humor, and unwavering loyalty. We wish her a family that will appreciate her overflowing energy while guiding her kindly so she can become a perfectly balanced life companion.
